OUR STORY

Incorporating a fusion of science, art and hospitality, Ironbark has become a destination for those who appreciate local craft beer and good times. Nestled in a cozy neighborhood on Jackson’s south side, we’re dedicated to providing an authentic homey experience for our guests. We love what we do just as much as we love seeing how it brings our community together. Our mission is simple: to brew awesome beer and be excellent to each other

THE BRUEMASTER

Bruemaster Nathan Brue began homebrewing with his dad, a food chemist, in 2012. Quickly evolving from hobby to passion, the art and science behind this sacred craft showed its allure immediately. Before joining the Ironbark team in 2018, he had brewed over 100 unique beers in his backyard. An avid music enthusiast, Nathan has always incorporated a sense of creativity and experimentation in his process while also finding a solid groove. Now brewing professionally in his hometown, he is most excited bring people together in a unified environment through his passion and enthusiasm for craft beer.

THE MAN

Local legend Adam “Shorty” Cyrocki has been bringing an abundance of joy, heart, and delicious food to the Kibby Cobb Market for over 8 years. In that time he developed a full deli menu, the best bagels in the area, and utilized his Polish heritage to bring a variety of special offerings such as golumpkis to Jackson. Initially partnering with Ironbark to provide food for the brewery, Adam is now one of the owners. Shorty is a constant source of support and inspiration for the mission of warm-hearted hospitality, awesome food and beer, and great times, always!
